This is an informative group lecture focusing on non-monogamous relationships. This event will be led by Kat Glick, Licensed Therapist, Sexuality Educator, and Founder of Fishtown Wellness. By the end of this lecture, participants will be able to differentiate between ethical non-monogamy/polyamory and cheating/infidelity. Those in attendance will also be able to understand the skills necessary to transition a once-monogamous relationship in exploration of consensual nonmonogamy or polyamory. Partcipants will explore two personal benefits and two personal challenges of polyamory, and practice conversation starters with partners to combat feelings of jealousy and insecurity.

Kat (She/they), founder of Fishtown Wellness Center, is a Queer Non-binary polyamorous therapist, supervisor, trainer, and sexuality educator who is passionate about disrupting oppressive mental health systems by breaking down accessibility barriers to therapy and mental healthcare. Kat’s therapeutic practice incorporates affirmative identity work, collaborative psycho-education, and holistic and integrative health strategies.
