I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that is nationally certified (NCC) by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I also act as the Clinical Coordinator at Fishtown Wellness Center. I currently hold licensure in the states of Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Colorado. I am also registered to practice teletherapy in the state of Florida.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling / Psychotherapy from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. I have experience working with adults of diverse backgrounds. Specifically, with codependency, trauma, systematic oppression, life transitions, neurodivergence, recovery, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My current passion is working with creatives and neurodivergent individuals. I also enjoy working with other therapists and those with occupations within the mental health field.
I work within a psychodynamic modality to help clients uncover patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve them. Overall, I am passionate about working with individuals that want to foster a stronger and healthier relationship with themselves and their personal goals. Empathy, empowerment, and self-expression are at the core of my clinical practice. I am exceptionally motivated and committed to the wellness and healing of those that I have the opportunity to work and connect with.
I believe all humans deserve safety, respect, wellness, and freedom. Liberation is the foundation of my practice.
