Who We Are And What We Do

Jesse Braff

Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

I’m here to support you through life’s challenges, creating a comfortable, judgment-free space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll start by clarifying your goals so our sessions feel purposeful and have direction. I’ll bring compassion, attentive listening, and tailored tools to our work. I have experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, substance use, ADHD, and issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity.

I aim to facilitate change by teaching coping skills and helping clients explore unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I like to use music and art to encourage self-expression and deeper understanding. I also encourage clients to apply what they’ve learned outside of therapy to boost confidence and foster growth.

About me: I am a gay, transracial adoptee, with ADHD and 14 years of sobriety. I’m a musician and proud geek who enjoys video games, Legos, and all things nerdy.

Jesse currently provides online sessions Monday through Friday – mornings and evenings and is currently accepting new clients. If you think he might be a good fit for you, email him at  Je***@fi**************.com to schedule a free 10-minute consult.
