Have you been looking for an outlet to de-stress your body and mind? We are holding a FREE event at Fishtown Wellness Center to celebrate our community yoga classes. We’ll have tea, coffee, a chance to meet other folks interested in yoga and meditation, and guided vinyasa from 11-11:30a. After the guided class will be a half hour yogi playtime to practice and share skills. No experience is necessary, but please come dressed in loose, comfortable clothing if you’d like to practice together. BYO mat if possible, or you can borrow one from Jules.
Jules Crain is a registered yoga teacher, mindfulness meditation instructor, Thai massage-style bodyworker, and gut health enthusiast. They received their B.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and completed yoga teacher training at Studio 34 in Philadelphia two years later. They work to cultivate a transformative space for all, and specialize in working with LGB, transgender, and gender-nonconforming clients.
