Navigating polyamory and nonmonogamous relationships requires significant levels of self awareness, emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and vulnerability. COVID-19 and the months of quarantine has made things exponentially more difficult when it comes to building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. You don’t have to go at it all alone!
This Monthly group will center on creating community, building support, and sharing tools, skills and other resources to help you and your partners navigate these challenges during these stressful times!
