Join Fishtown Wellness Center for a Bi-Monthly (Thursdays at 7pm) Open group where community members can meet for 5 weeks to process, reflect, and support one another with their Mental Health.
The era of COVID has created a new reality when it comes to the effects of anxiety and chronic stress. Everyone we know has been affected by varying levels of anxiety over the past 10 months, with different impacts. Some of us really feel it physically, some of us more emotionally, while others ruminate and obsess or even act out in behaviors we know are not good for us. No matter what your unique experience looks like, you’re not alone! Come gather in community to connect and offer each other support around the thoughts, feelings, and impacts that anxiety has on you.
