This is a FREE class for those interested in learning self care techniques for the neck, back, legs, and shoulders. This 60 minute workshop focuses on the biopsychosocial model, mindset in recovery, basic anatomy and physiology, muscle strengthening, and self care exercises. Self care exercises involve a lacrosse ball, stretches, active exercises, and theracanes. We will have 5 theracanes for sale for $20, if interested. The class begins at 1:30pm on Sunday, August 11th.

Ashley is a licensed massage therapist specializing in orthopedic massage for chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. She has been practicing for 10 years and teaching massage workshops for 7. Each class goes over the same base material but is always evolving to better help those who attend them.
