This is an interpersonal process group that focuses on the experience of grieving a loss. Loss may be the loss of a partner, a job, a pet, or a dream. The way one responds to loss in their life can look different than that of those surrounding them. This group is for those who have had difficulty coping with loss and the effects it has had within their life. Group members will come together to gain increased support and share a safe space to express their personal process of grieving. Group members will walk away with a healthier and stronger ability to cope with loss and grief. Through the power of the relationships built within the group, members can expect to experience comfort, validation, and healing. This group is from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, February 5th.
